Wedia: squeeze-out on December 4

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the squeeze-out for Wedia shares will take place on December 4 at a price of €31.
75 per share, and will cover 14,272 shares, representing 1.67% of the company's capital and voting rights.

As a reminder, following the simplified tender offer initiated by Mercure, the latter holds 840,283 Wedia shares, representing 98.14% of the share capital and voting rights.

Euronext Paris will publish a detailed timetable for the implementation of the squeeze-out and the date on which the Wedia shares will be delisted from Euronext Growth Paris. Listing of the shares will remain suspended until implementation of the squeeze-out.
