Air Liquide: HysetCo signs supply contract

(CercleFinance.com) - HysetCo, a specialist in hydrogen distribution, announced on Friday the signature of a supply contract with Air Liquide.


This renewable hydrogen, which will be produced by Air Liquide on its 'Normand'Hy' site, one of the largest electrolyzer projects under construction in Europe, will be used to supply part of the network of hydrogen distribution stations deployed by HysetCo in the Ile-de-France region.

This contract could ultimately represent up to 3.000 tonnes of hydrogen per year, or 20 million emission-free kilometers per month for HysetCo's customers.

In a press release, Loïc Voisin, HysetCo's Chairman, describes this partnership as a key step in supporting its strong growth and guaranteeing fast, easy access to its customers.

This announcement comes as Air Liquide made official this morning a 50 million euro investment to set up a hydrogen packaging and transport logistics chain along the Seine.
