UniCredit: completes share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - UniCredit announced on Friday the completion of its E1.
7bn share buyback program announced last September.

In a financial notice, the Italian banking giant said it had acquired around 43.3 million of its own shares, equivalent to 2.65% of its capital.

The group now holds a total of over 85.5 million of its own shares, corresponding to 5.23% treasury stock.
