JCDecaux: Cyclocity voted 'customer service of the year

(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux has announced that Cyclocity, its integrated subsidiary dedicated to self-service bicycle systems, has been awarded the
sixth 'Élu Service Client de l'Année' prize in the 'Transport individuel de personnes' category.


This 2025 prize, awarded following on from those won in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2023 and 2024, once again recognizes the commitment and professionalism of Cyclocity's Customer Service staff.

JCDecaux recalls that the 8 self-service bicycle systems operated by Cyclocity in France today total 1.3 million regular or occasional customers.
