Derichebourg: Cobas AM crosses the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Cobas Asset Management, acting on behalf of funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on November 13, 2024, it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Derichebourg and held, on behalf of said funds, 5.
10% of the share capital and 3.57% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Derichebourg shares on the market.
