Publicis: BlackRock holds less than 5% of DDV

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 12, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Publicis, and that it held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 13,887,257 Publicis shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 5.46% of the company's capital and 4.98% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of Publicis shares and a reduction in the number of Publicis shares held as collateral.
