KKR: acquisition of the ERP division of 24SevenOffice

This includes 24SevenOffice Norway, 24SevenOffice Scandinavia Systems and 24SevenOffice Sweden.

The acquisition of 24SevenOffice's ERP division is an important step in the plan to create one of the leading financial management and human resources software companies in the Nordic countries.
