Bouygues: a low-carbon hotel in Saint-Ouen signed by Linkcity
(CercleFinance.com) - Linkcity, Bouygues Construction's real estate development subsidiary, announced on Tuesday that it had begun construction of a new low-carbon hotel in Saint-Ouen, in a neighborhood undergoing renewal.
Located 300 meters from the future Grand Paris-Nord university hospital campus (CHUGPN), the four-star establishment, which is to have 137 rooms, will be delivered in the first half of 2026 and operated under the 'Hampton by Hilton' banner.
The project - part of the Boulevard Victor Hugo urban renewal project in Saint-Ouen - will be distinguished by its virtuous low-carbon construction and the use of devices to reduce the building's energy consumption.
In particular, the building's technical management will be optimized by a double-flow ventilation system that renews and filters the air inside the homes, improving air quality and reducing heating-related energy consumption.
Linkcity also plans to install energy consumption feedback systems, intelligent presence detectors in the bedrooms, and a connection to the city's heating network.
For the record, Bouygues Construction's real estate development subsidiary unveiled a new look last month, along with a new vision and raison d'être, namely 'to link the city to those who live in it'.
