ING: 7.7 million shares bought back last week
(CercleFinance.com) - ING reports that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, a total of 7,704,055 shares were bought back last week at an average price of 15.
35 euros, for a total consideration of over 118.2 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to 11,720,329, for a total consideration of around 181 million euros, or just over 9% of the maximum total value of the program announced on October 31.
