Wendel: launch of a reserved capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel announces that its Executive Board has decided to launch a capital increase through a share issue reserved for members of the Wendel Group Savings Plan and the Wendel International Group Savings Plan.


The unit subscription price has been set at 64.65 euros and the maximum amount of the capital increase at 3,232,500 euros. Subscriptions will be made via a corporate mutual fund, the FCPE 'Relais Wendel 2024'.

Subscribers to the offer may benefit from a matching contribution on part of their payment within the limits defined by the regulations of the Group Savings Plan and the International Group Savings Plan and within the applicable legal limits.

The subscription period for FCPE units by beneficiaries is open from November 12 to 24 inclusive, and the completion of the capital increase is set for December 9. The new Wendel shares will carry current dividend rights.
