Covivio: housing program inaugurated in Antony

(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio is pleased to announce the inauguration of a new 68-unit housing program in Antony (Hauts de Seine), to be delivered in September 2024 and sold in its entirety to Immobilière 3F, which will strengthen the local residential offer.


Acquired in 2008 by the real estate company, this former industrial site has been completely transformed to make way for 4,700 m² of housing spread over three buildings. The program features numerous outdoor spaces and 113 parking spaces.
