Ericsson: agreement with Grameenphone in Bangladesh

(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson announces that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bangladesh's largest mobile telecom operator, Grameenphone, to collaborate and drive innovation in AI and automation in Bangladesh.


This collaboration will focus on technology trials, workshops and pilot projects to enhance the customer experience and strengthen Grameenphone's position as the country's leading telecom operator.

Drawing on Ericsson's cutting-edge technology, the partnership will also involve external collaborations with industry partners, regulators and government authorities to support sustainable growth in the sector.
