Alstom: Causeway Capital holds less than 10% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 1, 2024, Causeway Capital Management LLC, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared that it had fallen below the thresholds of 10% of the share capital and voting rights in Alstom, and that it held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 46,119,232 Alstom shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 9.99% of the company's share capital and voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the sale of Alstom shares on the market.
