Renault: Nissan weighs -E111m on accounts

(CercleFinance.com) - Nissan today published its results for Q2 2024/2025, (FY from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025).


Nissan's results published under Japanese accounting standards for Q2 2024/2025 (1 July to 30 September 2024), after IFRS restatements, translate into a negative contribution estimated at -E111m in Renault group's net income for Q3 2024.

Following the sale of Nissan shares by Renault group and the cancellation of shares acquired by Nissan as part of these repurchases, Renault group's current stake in Nissan is 35.71% (17.05% of Nissan shares held directly and 18.66% corresponding to 693.1 million shares held in the French trust of which Renault Group is the beneficiary).
