Ericsson launches monetization platform in Indonesia
(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson and its partner Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison announce the rollout of 'the world's first comprehensive digital monetization platform (DMP)', marking an important milestone in Indonesia's telecom digital transformation journey.
The idea is to simplify product offerings to provide customers with 'transparent and flexible' service options.
The first of its kind, the platform is part of Ericsson's Telecom Business Support System (BSS) portfolio and will enable Indosat to enhance digital services such as 5G readiness and advanced B2B solutions.
In addition, by enabling real-time monetization, the platform enables Indosat to meet diverse customer demands while paving the way for future business models that capitalize on 5G advances.
The digital monetization platform is designed to serve around 100 million Indosat subscribers in Indonesia.
