Voltalia: syndicated bank loan increased to 324 ME

(CercleFinance.com) - Voltalia announces that the amount of its bank loan, initially signed on July 29, 2024, has been increased to €324 million following a successful syndication (vs.
€294 million previously).

The syndicated financing consists of a 5-year revolving credit facility (extendable to 7 years) of €176.4 million and a 5-year term loan of €147.6 million.

In addition to securing the refinancing of Voltalia's convertible bonds maturing in 2025, the syndicated bank loan will help finance future investments in renewable energy assets.
