Atos: agrees to sell Worldgrid to Alten

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces that it has signed a sale agreement with Alten for the sale of its Worldgrid business, which provides consulting and engineering services to energy and utility companies, for an enterprise value of E270m.


Worldgrid currently has around 1,100 employees and generated sales of around E170m in 2023, with a diversified and historic customer portfolio.

Atos adds that approvals from the main employee representative bodies and regulators have been received, and that the transaction is expected to close by end-2024.
