Thales: presents its 'Naval DRAKON' communications system

(CercleFinance.com) - Thales announces the launch of 'Naval DRAKON', a communications system presented as 'cyber-secure and interoperable for naval forces'.


This system, integrating several media (military Satcom, VLF/LF, HF, V/UHF), aims to improve connectivity and interoperability between various platforms (ships, aircraft, UAVs) during coalition operations.

Alexandre Bottero, VP of Thales, emphasizes that 'Naval DRAKON' will enable fluid and secure communications in all situations.

Already tested at sea, the system will soon be deployed on several frigates, offering advanced functionalities such as spectrum management and cybersecurity.
