Clariant: presents its medium-term objectives to its CMD
(CercleFinance.com) - Clariant is holding an investor day (CMD) in London today to provide an update on its strategy.
Clariant remains committed to its medium-term objectives, to be achieved by 2027 at the latest: sales growth of 4-6% in local currency; 19-21% reported EBITDA margin; and around 40% free cash flow conversion.
The medium-term objective is supported by tangible growth levers, assuming market growth of 2-4%. The three areas of innovation should generate growth of around 1.5% per annum.

Clariant has raised its target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 46% by 2030 (from 40%). The Group is doubling its scope 3 emissions reduction target from 14% to 28%. Clariant has resubmitted these upwardly revised targets in line with the SBTi 1.5°C short-term scenario.
