Renault: new Ampere-Actia collaboration agreement

(CercleFinance.com) - Following a software expertise sharing agreement signed in the first half of 2024 with Actia, Ampere announces the continuation of its collaboration with this electronics company specializing in embedded systems for vehicles.


"This collaboration provides for the integration, by Ampere, of a dedicated team, developed by Actia in Tunisia, with recognized technological expertise", states the Renault spin-off group specializing in electric vehicles.

This acquisition will enable Ampere to accelerate the development of its Software Defined Vehicle activities. The new team will be responsible for the development, architecture and technology of software diagnostics.
