Séché: CVC DIF invests in the capital of ECO
(CercleFinance.com) - Séché Environnement announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement with CVC DIF, under the terms of which the latter will hold 49.
9% of ECO's capital following a reserved capital increase of around 311 million Singapore dollars (around 216 million euros).
With sales of around 66 million euros in 2023, ECO is the market leader in hazardous industrial waste in Singapore, with a wide range of products and services, as well as state-of-the-art industrial facilities.
CVC DIF's entry into ECO's capital reflects Séché Environnement's desire to associate a long-term financial partner, already heavily invested locally, with the development of its Singaporean subsidiary", explains the waste management group.
The transaction will be finalized in the coming weeks. Following this transaction, ECO will continue to be fully consolidated by Séché Environnement. The group acquired 100% of ECO's capital on July 18 for S$608 million.
