Actia: new agreement signed with Ampere

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the signature of a first software expertise sharing agreement in the first half of 2024, Actia announces the signature of a new agreement providing for the integration, by Ampere, of a dedicated team developed by Actia.


"This second stage of their collaboration testifies to Actia's know-how in the field of on-board electronic systems for vehicles", according to the company, which aims to "position itself as a major player in the transformation of the automotive sector".

This partnership enables it to "capitalize on its high technological level, on its core business, and ultimately to strengthen its financial structure, in the continuity of the actions carried out over the last two years".
