Thales: wins Crystal Cabin Award

(CercleFinance.com) - Thales announces that it has won the prestigious Crystal Cabin Award at the APEX/IFSA Awards on 30 October 2024 for its accessible in-flight entertainment (IFE) solutions.


The suite includes an advanced interface for visually impaired passengers and the first gesture-based avatar for hearing-impaired passengers. The interface, adapted to the familiar gestures of visually impaired users, provides equitable access to on-board services.

For deaf passengers, a customizable avatar translates into several languages and complements the subtitles.
