Eiffage: over 25% of Getlink votes

(CercleFinance.com) - On October 31, Eiffage declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 20% and 25% of Getlink's voting rights, through its controlled SAS Dervaux Participations 141, and indirectly held 20.
55% of the share capital and 27.56% of the voting rights.

The construction and concessions group explains that this crossing of thresholds results from an allocation of double voting rights, following the length of time it has held shares in the capital of the transport infrastructure group.

Eiffage plans to continue its purchases depending on market conditions, but not to take control of Getlink, nor to request additional appointments to the board of directors of the parent company of Eurotunnel, Europorte and ElecLink.
