Getlink: Eiffage exceeds 25% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has declared to the AMF that on October 31, through SAS Dervaux Participations 141, which it controls, it exceeded the thresholds of 20% and 25% of Getlink's voting rights, and indirectly held 20.
55% of the share capital and 27.56% of the voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the allocation of double voting rights. Eiffage intends to continue its purchases depending on market conditions, but not to take control of Getlink, nor to request additional appointments to the Board.
