Siemens: sells logistics division
(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens announces the sale of its Siemens Logistics division to Vanderlande, a company owned by Toyota Industries Corporation.
The purchase price (enterprise value) is E300m.
Vanderlande is a global partner for the automation of logistics processes in the warehousing, airport and parcel delivery sectors.
The transaction is expected to close in calendar 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
