Legrand: refutes French Competition Authority's decision
(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand has taken note of the binding decision of the French Competition Authority ordering Legrand to pay a fine of E43m for the application of derogated prices on the French market between 2012 and 2015.
Legrand categorically refutes the charges against it and reserves the right to appeal the decision.
Legrand reiterates its firm commitment to strict compliance with the law, and in particular with competition law, it says.
