JCDecaux: APG Asset Management falls below the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - APG Asset Management, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that on October 25 it had fallen below the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights in JCDecaux, following a sale of shares on the market.


The Dutch management company said it held 10,012,862 JCDecaux shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the funds, i.e. 4.68% of the outdoor advertising group's capital and voting rights.
