GTT: 2024 targets expected at top of range

(CercleFinance.com) - Given the absence of any significant shift in shipbuilding schedules in the first nine months of 2024, GTT now expects to reach the top of the annual sales and EBITDA ranges indicated last February.


At that time, the engineering group was targeting sales of E600 to E640 million, EBITDA of E345m to E385m, and a dividend payout for 2024 corresponding to a minimum rate of 80% of net income.

In 9m 2024, sales for the LNG membrane containment specialist rose by 54.9% to E464.7m, driven by the gradual increase in the number of LNG carriers under construction.

Over the period, GTT booked orders for 68 LNG carriers, 12 ethane carriers, one regasification unit and one LNG liquefaction unit. As of September 30, its order book, excluding LNG fuel, stood at 350 units.
