Arkema: Norges Bank below 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Norges Bank has declared to the AMF that, on October 23, 2024, it crossed below the threshold of 5% of Arkema's voting rights and now holds 5.
69% of the company's capital and 4.58% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the sale of Arkema shares on the market.
