Renault: success of employee shareholding plan

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault Group announces that its employee shareholding plan, Renaulution Shareplan 2024, has met with notable success, with 43% participation, up from 36% in 2023.


"This success is a further sign of employees' confidence in the company's strategy," said Luca de Meo, CEO Renault Group.

More than 93,000 employees will receive 7 free shares, and almost 46,000 of them have subscribed to shares at a reduced price of 29.26 euros.

In total, around 1.88 million shares, representing 0.64% of Renault SA's capital, will be transferred to employees, giving them a stake of around 5.74% in the company.
