Sopra Steria: creation of an operations department

(CercleFinance.com) - IT services group Sopra Steria has announced the creation of a group operations department and the appointment of Dominique Lapère, previously industrial director, as chief operating officer (COO) reporting to CEO Cyril Malargé.


This new department is responsible for ensuring the best execution of operations and improving the group's performance, in particular through the evolution and harmonization of the operating model.

This new business model will be based on the group's sector-based verticals, as well as on massive horizontal technological competence centers", explains Sopra Steria, and reminds us that a capital market day will be held on December 12.
