Accor: Q3 sales up 12% at E1,434m
(CercleFinance.com) - The group reported sales of 1,434m for Q3 2024, up 12% y-o-y.
This growth breaks down into a 7% rise for the Premium, Midscale and Economy divisions, and an 18% rise for the Luxury & Lifestyle division.
In Q3 2024, Accor opened 47 hotels corresponding to 8,000 rooms, representing net network growth of 3.2% over the past 12 months.
The Premium, Midscale and Economy (PM&E) division reported a 5% increase in RevPAR compared with the third quarter 2023.
The Luxury & Lifestyle (L&L) division reported a 7% increase in RevPAR compared with Q3 2023, mainly driven by higher occupancy rates.
Accor confirms its outlook for FY 2024. The group expects RevPAR growth of between 4% and 5%, network growth of between 3% and 4%, and a positive contribution to EBITDA from Owner Services.
The Group has raised its guidance for group EBITDA to between E1,100m and E1,125m (previously between E1,095m and E1,125m).
