Wendel: organic sales growth of nearly 9% for 9 months

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel reports 9-month consolidated sales of 5918 million euros, up +14.
6% on a reported basis and +8.9% on an organic basis.

In Q3, Group sales amounted to 1,547 million euros, an increase of 8.8% compared with Q3 2023.

Wendel announces that its diluted net asset value (NAV) stands at 184.5 euros per share since the beginning of the year.

' The first nine months of 2024 have generated strong value creation for our shareholders. Growth in fully diluted Net Asset Value was 13.7%, driven in particular by the strong stock market and operating performances of Bureau Veritas", emphasizes Laurent Mignon, Chairman of Wendel's Executive Board.
