GE Vernova: GridOS software deployed in the ICC, Benin

(CercleFinance.com) - GE Vernova announces that its GridOS orchestration software has been deployed in the Information and Coordination Center (ICC) in Abomey-Calavi, Benin, for the West African Power Pool (WAPP).


This center centralizes the power grids of 14 ECOWAS countries, including Benin, Ghana and Nigeria.

This milestone aims to unify the West African energy market for a 'more reliable and sustainable' grid.
