Atos: accelerated safeguard plan approved by court

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces that the Nanterre Specialised Commercial Court has approved its accelerated safeguard plan, marking a crucial step in its financial restructuring.


Philippe Salle, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Jean Pierre Mustier, Chief Executive Officer, welcomed this decision, which ensures the company's long-term future.

The plan calls for the conversion of E2.9bn of debt into capital, and the securing of new financing of between E1.5bn and E1.675bn.

The transactions are expected to be completed between November 2024 and January 2025, subject to approval of the prospectuses by the AMF.
