Danone: comparable growth of 4% in Q3

83bn for Q3 2024, down 1.2% as reported, but up 4.2% on a comparable basis, with a strong volume/mix growth of +3.6% and a price effect of +0.7%.

The food group points to continued strong momentum in North America, driven by high-protein ranges, coffee-related products and water, as well as a further acceleration in volume/mix in Europe, supported by EDP.

We continue to deliver quality growth across our portfolio, with all our categories enjoying positive progress in both volume/mix and price, management also emphasizes.

Danone confirms its targets for FY 2024, i.e. LFL sales growth of +3% to +5%, and a moderate improvement in operating margin before non-recurring items.
