Veolia: BlackRock exceeds 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - On October 18, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of Veolia's capital and voting rights, and held 5.
44% of the capital and voting rights of the utilities group.

The American asset management behemoth states that this threshold crossing is the result of an off-market and on-market acquisition of Veolia shares, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
