Hermès: unveils its store in Shenzhen, China

(CercleFinance.com) - Hermès announces the opening of the doors of its MixC mall store in a new, enlarged and renovated space located in the heart of the Luohu business district.


The store is one of thirty-four Hermès locations in China, showcasing the Parisian house's sixteen métiers in a luminous setting inspired by nature.

'Clad in jade-colored glazed ceramics, the exterior façade evokes the long stalks of bamboo, which undulate thanks to the play of light and shadow', says the group. Inside the gallery, the entrance is also animated by a plant motif.

Designed by Parisian architecture firm RDAI, the store draws its inspiration from the innovative spirit of Shenzhen.

Organic forms combine with refined textures, subtle details and natural colors to create a sense of balance and harmony.
