SAP: raises annual targets

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday evening, SAP raised its annual target range for non-IFRS operating profit to between E7.
8bn and E8bn at constant exchange rates (from E7.6bn to E7.9bn previously), with its FCF target now expected between E3.5bn and E4bn (from around E3.5bn).

Similarly, the German enterprise software provider now anticipates cloud and software sales of E29.5bn to E29.8bn at constant exchange rates (CER) for 2024, compared with a previous target range of E29bn to E29.5bn.

In Q3 2024, still on a non-IFRS basis, SAP's EPS from continuing operations rose 6% to E1.23, while its operating income increased 27% to E2.24bn (+28% at CER).

Total sales reached E8.47bn, up 9% (+10% at CER), including cloud and software sales that increased 11% to E7.43bn (+12% at CER). The share of most predictable revenues rose by two points to 84%.
