Covivio: launches WiZiU platform

(CercleFinance.com) - In the run-up to the completion of the joint asset consolidation with AccorInvest, scheduled for the end of November, Covivio announces the launch of its WiZiU hotel management platform, as well as the arrival of Estelle Seguin as its General Manager.


WiZiU manages hotels in France and Belgium, either unbranded or under Accor, Marriott, Hilton or IHG franchises. By the end of the year, it will manage 24 hotels, totaling 3,090 rooms, with a value of over E520m.

This platform is involved in all stages of hotel management and operation, with the aim of supporting their repositioning through rebranding and a targeted investment program.

Estelle Seguin, who has been appointed to head WiZiU's management team, has over 20 years' experience in supporting the development of hotel structures in 3* to 5* establishments, most recently with Groupe Indevho (ex-Maranatha).
