STMicro: has completed its share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics announces full details of its share buyback program.
The program was approved by a shareholder resolution dated May 22, 2024, and by the Supervisory Board.

STMicroelectronics announces the repurchase on the regulated market of Euronext Paris, during the period from October 14, 2024 to October 18, 2024, of 369,000 ordinary shares (equivalent to 0. 04% of its issued share capital) at a weighted average purchase price per share of 25.5055 euros, for a total consideration of 9,411,525.00 euros.

Following the share buybacks, the company holds a total of 10,836,614 treasury shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the company's issued share capital.
