Microsoft: UBS still a buyer

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS confirms its 'buy' recommendation on Microsoft shares, with a target price maintained at $510, which gives them 22% upside potential, in a report on the relationship between the US IT giant and OpenAI.


Analysts believe that the increase in Azure revenues thanks to OpenAI more than offsets the impact on EPS, and that a relaxation of the exclusive computing agreement could be a good thing for Microsoft, the broker says.
