Edenred: completes capital reduction

(CercleFinance.com) - At its meeting on 18 October 2024, the Board of Directors, acting on the authorisation granted by the AGM of 7 May 2024, unanimously decided to reduce the share capital of Edenred SE by cancelling 1,075,011 treasury shares, representing 0.
44% of its share capital.

These shares were bought back between 12 September and 11 October 2024, as part of the share buyback program announced on 8 March 2024.

Following this share cancellation, Edenred SE's share capital stands at 488,021,172 euros divided into 244,010,586 shares with a par value of E2.
