Icade: recognized in three CSR rankings

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade announces that, with a score of 90/100, up two points on 2023, it has confirmed its performance this year and its position among the top players in the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) ranking.


The Group adds that Sustainalytics has maintained it at the lowest level (negligible risk) in its assessment of exposure to ESG risks, ranking it this year among the top 4% of listed real estate investment companies worldwide.

Finally, for the 10th year running, the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) has awarded Icade a Gold Sustainability Award for the quality of its CSR reporting. Out of 170 members assessed, Icade was one of 91 companies to receive this distinction in 2024.
