Vallourec: MoU signed with ASMO

(CercleFinance.com) - Vallourec announces the signing of a memorandum of understanding with ASMO, a DHL-Aramco joint venture and innovative supply chain and procurement services hub in Saudi Arabia, serving the region's energy, chemical and industrial sectors.


Established in 2024, ASMO will offer a full range of supply chain services, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, as well as a Business-to-Business marketplace.

Being among the first companies to sign such a Memorandum of Understanding with ASMO demonstrates that Vallourec is identified as a key partner to the oil and gas industry in Saudi Arabia, the seamless tube manufacturer sayys.

It also positions Vallourec alongside a new leader in supply chain services, which will create value for companies in the energy, chemical and industrial sectors in the Middle East and North Africa region, it adds.
