Inventiva: Andera Partners exceeds 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - On October 17, Andera Partners, acting on behalf of funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of Inventiva's capital and voting rights, following subscription to a capital increase.


The declaring party specified that it held, on behalf of the said funds, 5,008,620 Inventiva shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.75% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights of this biopharmaceutical company.
