Kaufman & Broad: Artimus falls below 5% stake
(CercleFinance.com) - On October 14, Artimus Participations declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Kaufman & Broad, following the sale of shares in the real estate construction and development group on the market.
The declaring party, a company owned by Kaufman & Broad employees and managers, stated that it held 991,076 shares representing 1,982,152 voting rights, i.e. 4.99% of the group's capital and 7.56% of its voting rights.
