Ipsos: Bpifrance Investissement exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Bpifrance Investissement, acting on behalf of the free partnership company LAC I SLP, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Ipsos voting rights on October 10, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The public institution stated that it held, on behalf of LAC I SLP, 2,489,275 Ipsos shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.76% of the capital and 5.10% of the voting rights of the market research and opinion polling group.
