Mersen: Amiral Gestion exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that on October 15 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Mersen's voting rights, as a result of an acquisition of shares on the market.


The management company stated that it held 1,365,666 Mersen shares on behalf of the said funds, representing 5.59% of the capital and 5.04% of the voting rights of this expert in electrical specialties and advanced materials.
